"Very pleasant old style large hotel. Needs some updating, but room still comfortable enough though bath took a long time to fill. Good breakfast selection, no queues during week but on Saturday very busy - a popular wedding venue which also filled up the car parking. Lovely grounds with various activities for families and children, nice pool and leisure facilities. Dinner one evening was good but restaurant a bit bright and lacking ambience.
