The value and the ease of the place to find and get settled in was really good. It's a shame some other places need a good lick of paint. But please don't let this put off staying here. It deserves 5 stars all the way and the breakfast included is extremely good. Jade was very helpful in the choice at hand. Would I stay again? DEFINATELY. A very BIG THANK YOU.

The B&B was really nice, the room we stayed in was perfect. Parking nearby was a bonus. Staff were very nice and the cooked breakfast in the morning was tasty but we could have done with a leaflet or a conversation about how breakfast worked before we ate.

Self check-in was easy, as everything was explained in an email prior to arrival. The room was spacious and clean with a sea view, and the breakfast was good. The only staff we saw was at breakfast and she was efficient and friendly. Would hope to return in the future.

Great location overlooking Eyemouth Bay. Our double room was a good size and very comfortable. everything worked the way it should. If only they could shut those blooming seagulls up - at it from 4am, but that’s all part of the atmosphere when staying so close to the sea!

Sea view on 1st floor was great. The room was spotless and fresh. The cooked breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend.

Very well located property. Breakfast was good. The room was really comfortable except for substandard pillows! Small bathroom, but it works. Some noisy door clisimg. Otherwise all good.

In a quiet area , could do with more shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom , but other than that it was good , easy parking and access , few places to eat near by a vegetarian cafe selling lovely food , and a ice cream parlor which is amazing , fish and chip restaurants and the ship pub all good , had a lovely 2 night stay , will certainly be back

If you want a room with a view, stay here.
Would be hard to beat the view from the rooms facing the sea. Absolutely stunning. Car parking directly opposite the accommodation. Room & public areas very clean. Lovely breakfast in a very pleasant room. Staff pleasant & attentive. Special thanks to Jade
