"C'est l'un de meilleur hôtel que j'ai aimée, tres classe, tout près de Masjid Al Haram. Mais j'ai ete tres déçue par le réceptionniste qui m'avait fait le surclassement sur un mensonge. J'ai demandé une chambre avec une vue sur la Kaaba, c'est qui m'a coûté 1800$ de plus et en fin je n'ai eu que la vue sur le Masjid. Par la suite quand j'ai réclamer la chambre que j'ai réservée en 1er puisque je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce qu'ils m'ont donnés, ils m'ont fait savoir de revenir demain pour...

"The hotel room was good with the sea view, with a good bathroom. The only problem was, there should be a tool to wipe water from the floor instead of asking room service every time. The parking was very small so that was an issue, other than that everything else was amazing."

"Very well located. Depending on your room the mosque is visible. The facilities you would expect are all available. The standout thing is the service which the staff provide who very friendly, approachable and more than happy to help."
