"Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. Abdullah called for our taxi to Makkah and help us to find good restuarant. We will send here lots of our friends and fsmily members.There customer service beyond the expectation . Very friendy family place. Tv has lots of chanell for all family members. "

"Room was too small for 2 people. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast was comical and that's me being polite. We walked away to have a proper breakfast outside. The "gym" had only 1 machine."

"Not as advertised, the carpets were dirty and I did not even want to place my prayer mat on. Not well maintained and building needs a upgrade. We were given the wrong room on arrival. The only good thing was the friendly staff. Would not recommend."

"اذا كان معك عائلة فأنصح بالجناح ب٣ غرف نوم ممتاز جدا وكأنك مستقر في بيتك ، وكان فيه حديقة عامة قريبة للفندق اخذت الاطفال لها ، كذلك لا أنسى مهنية واحترافية الأخ إسلام موظف الاستقبال فقد انقذني من مأزق حيث ساعدني بتأخير الخروج حتى الساعة ٤:٣٠ عصرا وهذا شيء قليل تحصله في الفنادق ، عادة يخرجونك الساعة ١٢ ، ومع العائلة لاتعلم اين تذهب قبل الرحلة "
