"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"The management were extraordinarily polite and accommodating, and whilst a little dated, the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The location is absolutely brilliant, and I felt at home and had everything I needed. This is surely one of the best value accommodations in all of London and I will stay again."

"Metro- type hotel, with old type furniture in reception areas, modern rooms in old buildings. Lift, accessible if required, smallish room and bathroom but functional. LED lighting and good climate control. Hot shower, small step, good lighting in bathroom. An exhaust fan would be good, but may not be possible. "Property was great as only a few minutes walk from theatres and other things we wished to do. Staff were polite and attentive, and greeted us on each passing. Minor issue which might only be room 305 was the buzzing noise soon after 7am. Great place to stay though, being so central and close to Leicester Sq and Whitehell among many other things"

"What a wonderful hotel! From the lovely check in staff, to the beautiful room, we had an amazing stay. We were celebrating an anniversary, and received a lovely card and bottle of prosecco. Such a lovely surprise. The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular.
