"Fantastic stay overall! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Tower of London, London Bridge, and so much more. The only downside was temporarily losing hot water. While I understand it was out of their control, I expected a more responsive approach or at least some form of compensation. Even getting housekeeping that day was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. That said, the experience was still great and I’d absolutely consider staying again."

"It was my first time staying at the Gate and I got the warmest welcome from Mohammad. He checked me in and offered me a complimentary upgrade, which honestly made my day. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, room was stunningly decorated and equipped with everything you could need for a super comfortable stay. Lots of wardrobe space for those planning a longer stay. The property is also a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it’s very accessible and there’s lots of shops within walking...
