"The room was comfortable and warm. As we're elderly, the receptionist gave us a room near the lift which was very helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The main drawback was that Liverpool were playing and the volume of the big screen TVs was deafening meaning we had to scream our order to the bar staff. I also thought a minimum of £7.70 for a small glass and £9.50 for a large glass of ordinary house wine was far too expensive. I WILL return, but buy only...

"Absolutely fantastic hotel we had an amazing time in august here and we booked it again and we requested the same room as we loved the view of where we got married at at George’s hall. The staff where amazing we had the best stay ever, the staff even done a game for the kids and they got a free present at the end our daughter was made up"
