"The titianic is a very unique hotel, with its industrial design. The room (standard) was large, considering it was a standard, with a good range of facilities. Only a few things regarding the room was that there was a stain on the bedding, and the trim of the shower was coming off, but overall beautiful rooms. We used the spa facilities and for £20 you can’t go wrong! Travelling out of the hotel is tricky unless you drive or order an uber into town (not too expensive, around £5) The staff were...

"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "

Sad People allowed to walk out of lounge with bags full of free snacks/drinks. Location great. 2nd visit here. Some obvious letdowns."

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "
