Hotel with a Concierge in Merseyside from AED 184

"Hotel was lovely with a nice atmosphere. Staff are attentive and polite. I was ill whilst there and a lady at the bar helped my husband to our room with drinks and snacks. Disappointed we couldn’t get a slot in the 3 days to use spa facilities as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I did message before our visit but no answer. The only negative for room was it was dark as our lamp wasn’t working."

"We had a fabulous stay! I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Liverpool. It is in a good location, close enough to the city centre but also away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were really friendly and helpful whenever required. We stayed on the 7th floor and had amazing view. We will be booking again to stay in summer. "

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Great experience. Well Located and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue being very picky was having to wait for a parking space, but it only took 30mins. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. "
