"We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. "The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place!
