This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!"

"Disappointed with this hotel. Not at all what the website portrayed. The room had a damp stale smell. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bed furniture looked dirty. The whole room was shabby. The mug and spoon on the tray was dirt. The towels looked clean but had a damp feel. I wanted to leave but had paid quite a lot of money as I wanted to be comfortable. The website indicated there was gym & pool facilities which turned out to be access to a local gym, pool with a pass. "
