Titanic Hotel Liverpool
5/5 Excellent
Superb
"Upgraded to an amazing room on arrival. Huge room super clean and comfortable. Brand new bathroom, best shower ever, fridge and coffee machine (pods) in the room. Ate in the restaurant as we had a long journey and it was delicious and very reasonable. The home made roasted vegetable soup taste was sublime. Fish and chips were crispy and tasty and everything was served hot which is unusual. OH had the pan seared duck breast on a bed of shredded courgette (rosti style) and that was equally amazing. Portions extremely generous. Good wine selection at reasonable prices. The corridors are the widest I’ve ever seen in a hotel and beautifully decorated with the Titanic theme throughout. A 25 minute walk to the Liver buildings gets you to the docks - it is a flat walk with wide pavements. Or Uber will cost £5-£7 on average. Historic buildings and the area is being regenerated and very interesting. Liverpool overall a safe friendly city with masses of history and diversity. A great place to people watch too. "
