Everyone was super nice and an extra shoutout to Joel the manager and Fred the receptionist. "The Lawford was a lovely place to stay in Malindi. The 3 bedroom villa and private pool were amazing. Large upstairs and downstairs lounge areas. Lots of space for everyone. There was a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils etc. Service was great. Staff were delightful. Had fun with pool and table tennis. We would live there, if we could! Our neighbors were a bit loud but management tried to help with the situation. The beach is close but the water was brown and not “inviting.” There is a river just north that drains into the ocean right above the property. We would definitely visit again!"

"Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay."
