"Very good value for money. Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bar area was comfortable and festive, and the spa area very relaxing. We were given a lovely room with a view over the port area of town; the bed was comfortable, the shower very good and we had everything we needed from a hotel room. We would stay again."

"Perfect hotel for 3 nights in Reykjavik! We booked a double room with balcony, but we were disappointed that the bed was smaller than we expected and was right against the wall. Reception staff were lovely and upgraded us to a deluxe room (thank you again)… this room was fantastic. The common areas were ample, warm and inviting. The hotel is right next to the whale boat tours and about 15 minute walk to the centre (but with lots of bars and restaurants to pop into on the way)."
