"The location was great for tours in glacier Lagoon. The property was very clean, kind staff, and spa area was nice. There hotel is in a remote area so the only choice for food is at the hotel restaurant- which was very good. Our shower could have been hotter but that would be our only downside. "

"The hotel staff are very friendly and attend to guests needs quickly. The food is excellent and the chef produced excellent evening meals. Rooms are big and the bathroom had both bath and shower so you could soak out the cold after a day out. Hotel is just outside city centre but public transport is easy to use."
