There was a good number of pillows, of different thickness and firmness. There was hair clogged in the shower drain when I arrived, leading the tray to drain slowly and fill with water. There is a small kettle in the room, but the sink is very shallow and the kettle won't fit in it - the only way to get water into the kettle was to fill...

"The hotel staff are very friendly and attend to guests needs quickly. The food is excellent and the chef produced excellent evening meals. Rooms are big and the bathroom had both bath and shower so you could soak out the cold after a day out. Hotel is just outside city centre but public transport is easy to use."
