"House was clean and very spacious. Plenty of heat and hot water. Being right on the water was wonderful. We used the hot tub almost every night. Our first night there, a pod of whales swam by while we were in the hot tub. Grenivik is a lovely location, a quiet town about half an hour from the city and all its amenities. It was a great launching point for all the local attractions. The hosts were super helpful. We left an important bag behind with laptop, passports, medication, etc. and...

"The location and property were exceptional, as well as the ease of coming in, parking, and view. I would suggest not having motion lighting in the entryway as it was activated whenever someone needed to use the water closet, which disrupted the guests sleeping in the living room. The door had to be lifted up to lock, which took a bit of strength. There were only a sparce number of dinnerware, some were slightly damaged.
