"Exactly what we needed. Spot along train route. Clean facility with accommodating staff."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Staff were very nice. Was able to check in early. Selected diamond member of the day, kids treats given to our youngest at check in. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices!"

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton, Heathrow Terminal 4. My room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect for an early night before an early flight. I ate in the bar, prompt and friendly service, food and wine of good quality. "
