"This property is right in LHR which makes getting to your flight a breeze. We were on the 13th floor and the room was very quiet. The windows have great noise reduction, I could not hear the airport, but I could view all the planes flying in an out."

"Great room for an overnight stay. Spacious,clean and staff attentive. Nice hot water for a bath. The cost of the pod to get there from terminal 5 is ridiculous at £8 each."

"Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia."

"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay...

"Great service from all staff. Close to airport, with options for transportation to/from the airport. Lobby bar is relaxing area with good menu. Buffet breakfast is worth the added expense. "
