"Beautiful "

"I rely heavily on reviews so please understand that I mean this truthfully. From the time we arrived to the time we departed the resort, we were met with gorgeous views, chic décor and friendly greetings. We arrived early, in which Shelo brought over a welcome drink to get the party started. This has got to be the best staff I've ever experienced! Shout out to Omar, Alrick, Margaret, Melesha, Kayla, Decardo, Kuwayne, Shante (Spoogie), Crystal, Andrew, Franz, Kimberley, and Demeisha. Of course, I can't forget Tracy and Lacy from Jacana. I am sure I've missed some names, but just know the staff is excellent. Room service was on point, as our room was cleaned to perfection each day. The grounds are huge but the shuttle was readily available to pick you up from your building and bring you to the main lobby or even over to the family side (Princess Grand). The jerk chicken from the food truck was so delicious. There were many restaurant options (The Pearl and Robert's Flame were my favorite). There was always something going on; the entertainment crew did a wonderful job getting everybody involved. You can't tell me I wasn't Whitney Houston during karaoke night. I could go on and on about this place. If you are questioning whether you should book, think no more, go ahead and Do It!!"

"Staying at the Blue Paloma was like staying with family. Andrea, Mark,Melissa, Conroy and Ken made our visit exceptional. We booked the accessible room and it made my husband's visit very comfortable. No request was refused, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent Jamaican breakfast every morning, the fruits from the property, especially for him, the Nesseberry. Thanks Markie for the jelly coconut. Thanks for the tips to get into town ( a 7 minutes walk) and the recommendations for restaurants in town for dinner. We enjoyed just chilling on the veranda off our room listening to the rain or the veranda out front. If u r looking for a place just to relax and chill, the Blue Paloma is the place. We will definitely be back, planning the next trip as I write this review. "

"The staff were wonderful. I loved how friendly and outgoing they were and they made it a point every day to make you feel welcome. The property is dated and needs some maintenance, but the views are breathtaking. The food at the buffet was delicious! The two cooks who made omelets every morning always had a smile on their faces and they were so friendly, even when some people were grumpy . I’ve never been at a resort where I loved almost everything. We enjoyed eating At Dorado , ocean point, and calypso. I appreciated the separation of families and adults and loved to be able to do activities, the beach and bars on both sides. I also enjoyed access to walk across other beaches. We thought there was a lot of variety in the restaurant choices as well as having snacks at the coffee shop and sports bar. The only negative thing was our swim out room was right on the end (busiest place) where the staff and guests walked by constantly and we had a lot of noise such as cleaning carts and conversations going by . The view and room itself was beautiful , I would just pick a different location next time. "
