"I have stayed at Sunset at the Palms four times now and plan on going back in the spring. This place is so inviting. It is calm and laid back. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is one of the best on Bloody Bay. They have a great staff that try and do anything they can to make your vacation special."

We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

I arrived just before 10pm as it was a journey which takes 9 hours to get to the hotel which causes me a lot of stress and anxiety, so you can understand having nothing to eat all that time and was told when I arrived at the hotel that all the restaurants stopped serving food but I can ordered room service which might just be sandwiches. "We really enjoyed our stay. Hideaway was a great way to relax and enjoy the Jamaican vibe. We were dropped off at the Royalton lobby, and quickly whisked away to the Hideaway lobby and checked in.
