"Met some friends in Cheltenham, decided for an improv stay over as it was going to be a late one. Booked online and 10 minutes got the key for the room. This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! "This is an historic pub/inn that is definitely unique. Rooms small, but workable. Because of the age of the building, lighting is dim and the path to guest rooms is not direct - up one set of stairs, down 3, up 2, down the hall, up another set of stairs.
