"We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve stay! Our first time at the hotel, was a lovely area in the Cotswolds to stay in. The restaurant was sadly shut for a private event however we used Marstons next door which was great. We did hear of fireworks which we asked reception and they said we were unable to watch which was disappointing. Cookies on welcome was a lovely surprise and the room was very stylish and clean. The only points I would say is the tea/coffee facilities in the room could do with modernising & the £5 car park charge was a shock to us when we’re checking out as we was not advised at check in. Breakfast was really fresh and varied selection. Overall a great stay and would come back again :)"

"Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and well kept. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that, however we did go to the Old Boathouse (which is part of the hotel) and had a very good meal served by friendly and efficient staff."

"Ben at Reception was outstanding and made us feel so welcome . he helped us to our room as the corridors etc were a little convoluted. Coffee and tea facilities were great .The Ferro rocher chocs were a special delight ! "
