"We had a lovely one night stay at The Stump while visiting our son who lives in Cirencester. It’s very well located and just what we were hoping for. Our room was warm and comfortable and well furnished, the service was friendly. Breakfast was nice and we had an evening meal the night before which was delicious. "

"Truly gorgeous property, serene, friendly, helpful and responsive team. Plush and Modern bathrooms; one with a clawfoot tub, sleek shower and his/her sinks! The kitchen was also quite lovely and meticulously redone and well stocked with things for tea and coffee etc. The rooms were quite spacious and clean with lovely countryside views and what must be the most comfortable bed on this side of the pond! " basic but very comfortable accommodation 10 minutes walk from the nearest pub.The room was a decent size the bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"

"Very clean, great breakfast and good service. My main issue was the water heater in the bedroom. When it went off it was like a jet engine mainly late evening but at times through the night and for around an hour at 6am. I was in room 5 so if a light sleeper do not have that room. "
