"Claire - Reception Desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, she made my birthday special by taking care of the car park fees and gave me a complimentary gift for my birthday. The surroundings are clean and elegant. The bedroom was very clean, spacious and quiet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dinner menu is limited, needs to offer more options for vegans, vegetarians and pescaterians. "The staff were great! Very accommodating throughout the whole stay. There were some empty bottles and glass left in the corner of the hallway which were there throughout most of my stay, seems they had been left for the night staff to clean up. The pool area could do with family suitable changing area, there is nowhere for people with young children to change with ease. Breakfast was really good and displayed beautifully! "

"Good sized car park. Comfy bed. Air con was noisy, couldn’t have slept with it on but accommodation was fairly quiet overall. Had an evening meal, food was good value and very tasty. Quite a noisy and lively vibe in the bar/restaurant with the tvs showing sport but it felt friendly. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would stay again."
