"My rating would be 9/10. This is a very beautiful resort with gorgeous view of the Arenal volcano Mountain. The resort is well kept with lots of plants and services. Hotspring and pool area are great and have good views. Check in and out was easy. Lots of privacy. Quiet and peaceful. My only two reasons I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 are: 1) The food options for the free breakfast was very repetitive and boring. A few changing options, but good food. in the hot food section would be better....

Our room was well appointed, comfortable and well tended during our stay. The only criticism would be that the public areas are a little dated and poorly laid out: the bar is currently remote from the body of the hotel and rather unappealing, but we did note that there was a programme of refurbishment in progress, so maybe this is being addressed.
