His communication was fast and great. The can opener needed replaced and he dropped one of the next day. He was very attentive to any need. I highly recommend this location. "Our family had a great time in La Fortuna! The check in process was straightforward and Karen was very responsive anytime we needed to contact her. We had a little issue with the safe and Karen arrived within the hour to give us the key and resolve the issue. The area surrounding the property has so much to do - within 10 minutes you can see sloths, toucans, owls, lizards, iguanas and many different species of birds. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and plenty of space to relax and cook or eat a meal. We had an amazing stay! "
