"The room was clean, great view of Arenal, property was cute with the lush greenery. Soaker pool was being repaired but the kids enjoyed the other small pool. Breakfast was a plus! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, Valentina from receptiion and Justin made our stay even more confortable, very personalized, thinking in us like we were fakily member, they both made us feel this way. Will come back again. The only negative thing i will say is that bathroom needs to be clean better, there is mold between tiles. And one of the jaccuzi was not to clean either. "

"Hôtel exceptionnel que je noterais 4*+. Les chambres/bungalows sont magnifiques et très confortables. Les massages de très bon niveau (essayez le massage au chocolat). On a testé les 2 restaurants : excellents rapport qualité prix et plats très copieux. La piscine chauffée à 36-37 degrés, avec bar intégré , est un must !"

"This was one of our favorite hotels as we traveled through Costa Rica. The view from the room was incredible of the Arenal volcano and it was set in the rainforest. We woke up to seeing toucans flying around not far from our balcony. The location was a perfect for all of our activities of La fortuna. We would love to stay here again in the future if in the area. "

"Excellent location! Walking distance to Fortuna town and very close to all the tourist spots in Arenal. The views of the volcano from the balcony are breathtaking and you are easily tempted to just spend your day on the balcony with this view. Great pool area and pool bar and resto, nice hot tubs, very good breakfast, very clean property (staff spotted cleaning the balcony ceilings). We had booked a more expensive property which had its own hot springs but we're glad we canceled and booked here instead. Everything you need with a better location, great view and an Uber ride away from a day pass to the many hot springs. Highly recommend!"
