"Enjoyed a 2 night stay in the Junior suite with balcony. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. We loved the addition of the club lounge benefits, full bar with a selection of predinner canapés were rotated on each night, salmon and lamb skewers and then lamb sliders and sushi the next night. Ember restaurant is well worth a visit, food was excellent quality and the atmosphere romantic- perfect for our 21st anniversary weekend. Husband and I were already planning for our next visit...

"The best point about this property is its proximity to shopping and dining options. Its also very convenient to be able to do laundry in your room. Everything we need is provided so this is always our go-to property when in Auckland."

"Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights, but not sure for longer stays. Very well located as it is right in the center, 2 min from the Sky Tower. The rooms are a bit small and outdated though. The free breakfast is a plus."
