Asked for a vase to be brought to the room as well as pillows they had advertised being available on their pillow menu, but never received and was just left waiting and never received an update that they weren’t bringing or could accommodate. Other than that, it was a nice stay "

"We stayed a month at this property. Our first room was a two story with worn furniture and main level A/C and fans were not sufficient to cool the room at night. The manager moved us to a different room that was much nicer with A/C. "

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
