"Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights when we were going to Disney. The free Disney shuttle is very convenient, and the hotel is located steps from the train with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a very busy hotel. They have a welcome bar with candy for the kids and beer/wine for the parents but in the evening, it is so busy there is nothing welcoming about it. "Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. Located only minutes from Kyoto station and close to bus stops as well. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and their complimentary ice-cream and onsen are a nice touch. My only gripe is that the hotel room was way too small for a family of four. This would be great for couples though"

"As soon as we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Accommodation is close to the main area, perfectly located for shopping and access to the station. Ideal for travelling and and seeing Tokyo. Rooms are bigger than. Rooms were bigger for the standard we have experienced in Japan. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again."

"Choose this hotel as it was close to Disney. Very warm and genuine welcome. Spotlessly clean. Our room had 3 single beds, as a couple we used the 3rd bed to lay out suitcases. Breakfast good choices. Evenin g buffet meal great fresh salads and good quality and choice of mains. Deserts were works of art that tasted amazing."

"Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"
