"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

They seem to have everything you could ever need in the room and the staff where very detail focussed, noticing we had a lot of shoes and had lots of charging cables so a shoe rack and cable ties arrived in an evening. "I would have given a top rating however the door was faulty and the air con kept turning off. They did fix it immediately once reported. also the bath needed to be cleaned before being used. And then was not able to drain. "
