The seaview room we had was excellent.Breakfast was lovely and fresh .you can have breakfast in the dining room or breakfast in bed .The coffee machine in the room had lots of different pods and the coffee tasted lovely .Only thing I would change would be softer pillows on the bed they were to hard for us . otherwise brilliant will definitely visit again 😁"

"We had a nice stay, loved the bed, so comfy! Super quiet location even though it was a main road and a Friday night, although we had a room at the back which probably helped. Packed breakfast was nice and convenient too. TV didn't work when we got there even with Richard helping, but eventually we managed to get bbc 1+2 later in the evening, so I'd advise you take a fire stick or just watch your phone. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't the advertised coffee machine in the room, especially as...

"My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"Where do I start!! 6* plus.. Unbelievably thoughtful, kind,funny owners. From the moment we got out of our car to the (sad) moment we left, we were made to feel like family. The rooms are beautiful, with wonderful little touches that other hotels, B&B''s and gest houses would never think of. 1000% recommend to others. "

"Simon and Sue welcomed us as old friends of the family and after 2 days we thought we were. They are lovely people, very obliging, we had a fantastic breakfast included. They provided excellent advice on the sights of Liverpool and transport to and from, including the Mersey Ferry, Thankyou for the lift, and a personalised map. Every part of our stay was easy. We thank Simon and Sue for a wonderful stay. Pam and I can not recommend 2 The Rocklands highly enough. 10 out of 5 stars."
