"Very convenient and strategy location . Credit to washer and dryer . However the kitchen curry smell was way to strong that even room inside somehow is affected . Ventilation shall be improved ."

Communal areas could benefit from more seating, which would encourage people to hang out. The kitchen (if you can call it that) could be improved. No need for any cooking equipment, but better / more seats and tables, would make the place much...

"This was a terrific hostel, with great attached restaurant and sister restaurant next door. Easy walk to onsens and local ski hills. Great lounge space for after the hills close. Could use a vending machine or two. "
