"This was the best hotel out of the four we stayed at during our trip in Japan. Bed, toiletries, decor, comfort, breakfast was lovely. We were sad to leave this hotel. Will definitely stat again and it’s definitely worth booking the premium floor. "

"This property was amazing, from the staff assistance at check in until we departed. In previous review's some people spoke of the distance between the 2 towers like there was a huge highway between them lol, this is not the case. The markets are also at your doorstep. Will definitely stay here again."

Great location!

"Great location. Walkable to Gion, shops and restaurants. The staff are great and helpful. The room was amazing, however I found it odd that our room didn't have any windows we could look out, but it was still a nice room. The lounge area was really nice, in fact all the common areas were beautiful. "
