"We love Candeo but this was our first time staying at one in Osaka. It did not disappoint. The staff were kind and the facilities were as beautiful as always. I love the roof top spa and breakfast was good too. "

"Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower...

"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"

"Stayed for 6 nights. Its near to my work place. The breakfast buffet style and quite well stocked. But sometimes can be a bit over crowded with tourist. The Moriguchi station is just across the road, and you can go to Kyoto and Osaka with just a train ride. There's a mall nearby, 5 min walk. A nice super market which u can get cheap food. Overall a nice stay. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this place, I did a solo trip to Japan and had a half week stay here. Staff was very friendly and were very polite. Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. I would love to come here again next time I come to Japan and visit Osaka!"

"Stayed for a month and had a great experience. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious. Recommend it for everyone going for business or pleasure. Takatsuki station is right next door so you can get to Kyoto or Osaka in less than 30 minutes."

"This is a monster hotel right in the thick of Osaka station. So for convenience it can't be beat. At first we found the room very small but grew to appreciate how smartly designed it was. The shower was huge and water pressure incredible. Also liked the separate toilet and sink so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds weren't rock hard either which is a rarity in Japan. We had a great view of the city as well and were able to Chromecast easily. This was super appreciated as we could have our same bedtime routine as at home. Only minor complaints were ones not within the hotel's control. With so many guests getting in and out of elevators in a timely manner was sometimes tough. "

Budget friendly hotel

"I like staying at these APA Hotels when I visit Japan. These hotels are geared for the traveling business folks in Japan where all they need is a place to sleep, shower and shave. The rooms are small but clean. This station is located at the east end of the Shin-Osaka Station and take about 10 minutes to walk to the station. Several eating places around the hotel plus many in the station. "

Leans into the gimmick, but really enjoyable!

"I’ve wanted to experience a capsule hotel since I first heard about them when I was in middle school, so when I booked my first trip to Japan I made sure to find one. This capsule hotel is admittedly a little touristy and leans into the gimmick more than being an authentic experience—I mean let’s face it: the name is Ninja and Geisha, the two Japanese words that any tourist knows. That being said, it still was a great experience! It was so clean and comfortable and very easy to check in. The location is very conveniently by the train station making it ideal for a quick overnight stay while traveling. The check in and lounge area has a very cheesy, almost Disney-esque, level of theming, but ya know what? I love it. It was very well done. They are also very accommodating; when I made my booking I requested either a blue or red pod and they responded immediately that it would be guaranteed for me. And sure enough, it was! If you have difficulty climbing, I’d recommend asking for a lower pod because the little metal ladder on the side is pretty difficult to swing yourself over if you’re not too nimble."

"On a fait 6 nuits dans cet hôtel qui propose de très bonnes prestations. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable a mon sens. Nous etions en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants qui ont été malade et ils ont été compréhensif et aidant. La proximité avec le métro et les autres lignes de train est un véritable avantage. Idem pour le château d'Osaka. Le onsen est bien, il faut cependant acheter des pansements pour cacher les tattous. Un family mart au n-1 de l'hôtel. Que du positif"
