A bath mat as routine would be helpful as opposed to a small notice saying they're available on request - only seen as getting into shower! All staff were smart and helpful. Dinner menu was extensive, meal well cooked and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a large range of items available but plates for the hot choices were cold and the food was only lukewarm. Disappointing after the standard of dinner. The included, free parking was a tremendous bonus. The hotel is worth a stay despite the above observations which could be easily and inexpensively rectified. "
