"One night stay on busy itinerary in from Spain (home) via BHX. Next day to LHR to fly to Brazil. Seeing my son (Bristol Uni Med student) on elective in Cheltenham for the evening. "

"We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. Really lovely manager Corrinne was really helpful. We did have an issue with the shower which was resolved during our stay. Easy parking, great location, stylish accommodation & lovely breakfast. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. 15 min walk to Hawkstone Brewery to sample their goods was great too. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market (on the last Sunday of the month). I would happily stay again and recommend to others."

"Enjoyed a splendid stay in a beautiful suite with a 4 poster bed which was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fine too.Location is excellent for visiting the town and parking was easy.Altogether an excellent experience. "

"Parked car for us, took cases in and up to our room. Check in was easy and room was ready early so we could go straight up. Had dinner in the Grill Room, good.- Weather was bad the following day so spent a relaxing day around the hotel. Visited the Spa in the morning."

"Lovely comfortable beds surprisingly spacious rooms. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. The facilities are wonderful clean and easy to use. Only one downside there is no lift to facilitate anyone with disabilities to the different levels. Absolutely perfect for our needs though and will be going back. "

"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"
