"Lovely, immaculate property in great location. The place is very new with high-end furnishings and appliances. It is tastefully decorated. Property manager is great to work with. The pool is great and the canal the property backs to adds even more to the already great experience. "

"We had a nice stay at this property between Xmas and New Years. The location was great for us -- right across the bridge from AMI so easy to get to AMI and Sarasota. The house was new and clean with lots of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading and access to a full kitchen. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by management, who was very responsive. Overall a great vacation for us. "

"We entered the property no problem. Appeared clean and lovely. Close to everything for us. Only one problem. My teens stayed in the second bedroom and started noticing bug bites. I don’t want to accuse or assume anything, but the bites are in threes which could possibly be bed bugs. Just thought someone might want to look into it. My husband and I had no problems in the master bedroom. Thanks"

"Lovely place really wanted to use the pool. But water was cold but did put feet in. I am sure will be warmer as the temps get warmer. Everything was great at the house. And we had a wonderful time."
