"It’s an above average property but not luxurious. Rooms could use some updating. There is no place to plug in any devices - you have unplug lamps and such. Location is nice. Service was fine but nothing to rave about. Charging for parking seems exorbitant and greedy since this isn’t an urban city center. "

"Service was impeccable. Staff is ultra nice and super dog friendly. The beach area is gorgeous. I think the hotel is overpriced, especially during this time as they are undergoing a lot of construction work. It is loud and not all restaurants are open. "

"Excellent location and good clean pool. But the room has outdated furniture, a tiny TV, no normal clothes hangers (maybe 3 or 4, the ones they give you for free from Dry cleaners), a small refrigerator without a freezer with a temperature higher than 42, and no coffee maker or microwave. Very uncomfortable setup. The room is a good size for all of it."

"The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish we had more time to stay longer and fully enjoy the resort and all of its amenities. I would definitely come back if I am in the area again."

"It was a busy time of year after Christmas. On street parking was very competitive and required moving of cars. We could have used the parking area at $40 per night but were fortunate to find spots though it would not be for the faint of heart. We enjoyed the 1 bedroom suite very much but it requires climbing stairs. FYI"

"The in room kitchen was great, a sink, fridge, microwave. Granite counter. Close to restaurants & ferry landing. Nice people on the front desk and included breakfast."

"A quiet and beautiful way to enjoy the DEL without the crowds! The entire area is members only. You aren’t sharing spaces with thousands, but also in close proximity to all the resort has to offer. Loved it!"
