"We had a quick weekend trip as a family. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We booked the duplex family suite. Everything was wonderful except for the following: 1. There was a mild moldy smell that I noticed. 2. the bunkbed was very wobbly and I was actually afraid to have my 11 year old son sleep on the top bunk - the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my 14 year old daughter. 3. there was only decaf coffee by the coffee maker. "The bed needs to be replaced it was lumpy and saged on the edge. The carpet needs to be washed. There was a very strong perfume smell in the hall and room. The smell dissipated from obnoxious to strong by the second day. Customer service was friendly. The bathroom was clean and modern. "

"Compared to the fancier Coral Gables hotels as well as Miami, Hotel St Michel is a seemingly no-frills option. No pool, no business center. But the location can't be beat. Priced quite reasonably for a great stay. Staff were wonderful, room was quite comfortable. Looking forward to my next stay. "
