"There are a lot of endearing qualities to this hotel. We just stayed one night and didn't have time to delve into it's history, but it obviously has a lot of history, or else it would not have been able to be exempt from modern ADA requirements. There are no elevators, so if your room is on the 3rd floor as ours was, you walk two flights of stairs with your luggage. "The THesis Hotel is wonderful property right by Univesity of Miami. The restaurants on the property are great and the roof top lounge is incredible. The staff was really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. My one complaint is that the hotel does not actually have a spa but rather it partners with a local company that is in a retail location on the hotel's property. "The hotel is exquisite! We loved the well tended grounds, the variety of dining options and the incredible swimming pool which is one of the largest I’ve ever been in.
