"I have stayed twice at this hotel and really love it. The rooms are BIG. The restaurant excellent. It's quiet, clean, upscale, and comfortable. Things that could be improved or that you should no about: There's no room service. The doormen do not open the door for you or carry your luggage up the 4 steps you need to go up to get inside. The rooms are COLD. The rooms are big and the bathrooms have marble floors. It takes a long time to warm up, and the bathroom never does. "
