"Stayed for one night and was the loveliest time!!! Room very spacious, warm, bed comfortable and staff were amazing throughout!! Food was excellent. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"Nice, big family room, the only drawback is the constant banging of what must be the toilet doors below the room. Maybe some sort of padding on the door frame would be a help. Also, the bathroom windows could be better cleaned. That all said, we would stay there again. "

"My two night stay gave me a very comfortable room, with a well equipped ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was self service, with hot food being ordered at the bar. Staff were very attentive during my stay and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Second time saying here, and hopefully not the last. Really well located for exploring Cumbria and Hadrians Wall destinations. AD122 bus which takes in those locations stops right outside hotel. Really friendly staff, great breakfast, super clean rooms. Older building so expect some sloping floors and walls off-plumb. Bedrooms are upstairs with no lift, but not a problem for us. Great value, with bar serving goid food and real ale. Can’t ask for much more. "

"Over all the Twice Brewed Pub/Inn was a lovely place. The staff were warm and friendly and the food and beers were great. I be only had two concerns. The first was all rooms were on the second floor only accessible by a steep stair case. The second concern was in our bathroom shower. The faucet was in very poor repair. The first night it was very difficult to get either the water flow side and the heat side was extremely hard to turn for proper adjustment. The second night I was unable to get...
