"Very clean. I brought my Clorox Wipes because I am a germaphobe…. Upon wipe down of entire room, my wipes were very clean…. Even the headboard. The only place that was dirty was the office chair… ew! I don’t think anyone remembers to wipe those. The freeway didn’t bother me… I had a noisy neighbor upstairs that was stomping around around 2-3am… but it didn’t last too long…. Friday night there was some noise but only in passing… it is a Mitrl, but the parking is close… bonus… Starbucks is...

"I Paid For My Stay Before Arriving , Got To The Hotel And Was Charged An Additional 172.13 but it never said anything about a deposit. I was told I'd be refunded between 5-7 business days . It's been 3 weeks so I called and the General Manager Was Very rude and said I wouldn't be receiving my money back ."

"Staff was very friendly, room was very large and clean. Very quiet, except for my 1 yr old grandson that went crazy after being in the car seat for 4 hours, we arrived shortly after midnight. Excellent variety for breakfast, overall we had a great stay. "
