Upon arriving at the hotel after 5 pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready, causing me to be late to my own event. We were told they were cleaning the carpets . After a 40-minute wait, I was given access to the room, only to find that the carpets were still dirty and there was trash on the floor. I had also booked a room for the following day (Saturday) and another room for a family member arriving that evening, with the agent indicating a discount for the Saturday stay. However, when I received a call from a different agent (Cory) on Saturday, he claimed there was no record of my reservation or discount. I decided to check out and move to a different hotel but was persuaded to stay when a small discount was honored. Unfortunately, the room had a broken toilet, which was not reported by the cleaning staff. I was initially offered to use the lobby bathroom, which I found unacceptable. After maintenance fixed the toilet, it broke again in the middle of the night. I called the front desk around 7ish to report the issue. She informed me no one was available to assist, I was told I could use another room bathroom. At this point I prepared myself to check out. I had enough of being inconvenient. I will never stay at this location again.
Also… the lobby seating is in very bad shape.. especially the bench seats.
