"Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature. "

"As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby. They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice. Extremely bad experience on this place."

"We loved Condesa House! We had a spacious room with a large kitchen. The design and art are fascinating and gorgeous. We had plenty of space in our own apartment, but it was nice to also have access to the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. Moreover, the location is terrific: lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries nearby. "

"Incredible location, walking distance to great amenities. Tidy flat, complete with kitchen and all finished to a good standard. The negatives are that there is a central outdoor area, which travels up to above flats, there was a large gathering upstairs, with people screaming and shouting late into the night. The door to the outdoor space also did not lock, the bed was very soft and I sank when I slept. There is also no bedroom door to keep out noise and light. "

"This was our second visit to Mexico City, and this property and location made our stay perfect!! Cesar was a great host offering to help us with groceries and providing a great list of restaurants in the area to enjoy. The lady who cleaned the property (can’t remember her name) was super friendly and very thorough. We used the hot tub a couple of times.
