"Excelente opción! La ubicación es inmejorable, acceso a todos los servicios. Tienen estacionamiento subterráneo. El staff es muy amable. Estuvimos un par de noches y todo fue genial, pudimos trabajar en la habitación, el internet nunca dio fallas. Las camas fueron muy cómodas."

"This quaint hotel was located in the Condesa neighborhood about 25 minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes (without traffic). It is within walking distance to Chapultepec Castle. It was easy to grab an Uber. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot water however was a bit fidgety and would get cold after a few minutes. Other than that the room was okay. We did not get the of wine that should have been included. Breakfast was filling, they offered fruit, tea/coffee, toast and your choice...

"I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!"

"Great price for what it is and location. I also paid for the night before i landed also so i could sleep after red eye flight, and messaged the hostel to inform. When i arrived they said they had already canceled my reservation and that there wasnt any more space. I told them i sent a message days ago and then they say i had to call."

"As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby. They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice. Extremely bad experience on this place."
