"The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that the rooms do not have windows, I was told because of liability, but not even windows where you can get fresh air! I literally had claustrophobia during the days I stayed there. If you cook anything and there is food smell it won't go away, as soon as you step out of the elevator, the smell is terrible, its hard to breath in the halls, and in the bedrooms is a bit better, but after the first night there its all smelly, and the only way to keep my room...

"I stayed with my spouse, child, and dog in the only available dog-friendly room there was- on the first floor, next to the ice machine. Like any other dogs, when a dog hears someone nearby, they bark, and since the ice machine was so close to the room, it made my dog jumpy. If that's not enough, a guest who checked in later that night on the upper floor was walking in their room, and the floorboards were squeaking so severely that it was impossible to rest. Luckily, they went to sleep shortly...
