"Spotless comfortable room, amazing staff, great breakfast. This is what an affordable hotel should be. The only negative was the shower pressure wasn't very strong. Will book this place every time we visit Benicia."

"I stayed with my spouse, child, and dog in the only available dog-friendly room there was- on the first floor, next to the ice machine. Like any other dogs, when a dog hears someone nearby, they bark, and since the ice machine was so close to the room, it made my dog jumpy. If that's not enough, a guest who checked in later that night on the upper floor was walking in their room, and the floorboards were squeaking so severely that it was impossible to rest. Luckily, they went to sleep shortly...

"I did not expect a "Holiday Inn" to have so many details in the room. We had a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, high ceilings, crown moldings, the pillows were extremely comfortable, 24-hour fitness room, laundry facilities, breakfast served with longer hours compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It was a very pleasant stay and I appreciate the staff for their hospitality and upkeep."
