The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was good, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. Parking was an extra £5, but it was easy to find a spot, so no complaints there. The location was great too—there were grocery stores (including Waitrose and 24hours WHSmith), restaurants, and even a prepaid washing machine all within walking distance. Another great perk, it’s close to historical spots! We took a trip to Bath, which was about a 50-minute drive, making it a great base for exploring. What you see in the website is what you get in the hotel, its great value for money, especially if you have a car. I would recommend! "
