"The staff at this property had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time! Every single person was friendly, helpful, and greeted you with a smile! The person that checked us in was so wonderful. She is the only person that has ever offered us an upgrade associated with our VIP status. My handicap mother was with us and she offered an upgrade to a room that had better sleeping arrangements for her after our long drive. She showed concern and compassion because she saw that she was having a hard time. I wish I knew her name but she was great. The following morning we requested a late check out since our cruise check in was later and we were given that as well. This location is close to the cruise port which is convenient and has a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend! "
