"Stayed here last week for a concert at Save on Memorial. Room was nice and location was great for walking to and from the event. Only complaint would be that parking ended up being a street over and ended up costing us an additional 15 dollars as the hotel had no parking left. I believe the hotel only has a few spots and the parking is also a street over. "

"We stayed at the Arbutus Inn recently and due to some of the reviews we had read about bugs etc., we were a bit skeptical but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience and no bugs anywhere. We chose the ground floor and found our room quite spacious, very clean and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us the supplies when asked , without any hesitation. Having free parking and a car rental company next to checkin was an added bonus. On the whole we would definitely recommend this hotel. It is within 2 blocks from a huge shopping Mall too. We would rebook this hotel without any hesitation. "
