We have stayed before and were not disappointed. Loft room was lovely, clean, spacious, well supplied. Love the big windows (which we could open!). the location is fantastic for walking. As we had been before, we were not worried about off-site parking. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay again.

This was a great location in Victoria with tons of stuff to do with in walking distance. The only complaint is no parking but there is multiple garages around the area.

Terri the front of house manager was one of the best people I have seen in my 18yrs in the service industry. She went waaay over and above. The “room” was a HUGE LOFT! Easily one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time and I have travelled extensively across Canada

Close to everything. Parking could have been an issue but Victoria Parkade a short walk away and convenient App to pay / extend. Staff were super nice. Room big and great amenities. Coukd do with a little amount of TLC. Would recommend it and woukd come again!

Excellent location. Noisy fridge in room but they did try to make it less noisy. No air conditioning—only ceiling and tower fan in room. It was fine for this time of year but I’m not sure if it was the middle of summer. Walking distance from everything. Would stay here again.

In Summer when the temperature hits up, the room is hot, open all the windows, to cool off the room, then you can here the outside traffic, party jams in the bar downstairs, smell the smokers smoke and the early morning/late night lights coming from open window during summer. Bummer!
